The Right Mix

Wear-Concepts® has expanded the arsenal of wear solutions to new levels by partnering with Densit a/s. With a complete line of established and proven wear solutions, Wear-Con is now able to round out their already robust choice of wear solutions with even more, proven options. Made with a high-strength compound that is easily sprayed on to create a fully monolithic lining, Densit WearSpray is applied onto an anchoring mesh in varying thicknesses. The results are both astounding and lasting. Densit WearFlex on the other hand, is a trowellable, high-strength compound that is combined with tough wear-resistant aggregates to provide a long-lasting lining. And of course there is Densit WearCast that is used to cast an almost unlimited variety of shapes and sizes.

Overall, the Densit chemically-bonded ceramics can be applied by casting, trowelling or spraying. Some products are easy to install and can be applied by your own staff or ours. The installation time is short both with regard to the installation process itself and the time before the lining is ready to use: 2 days at 20 degrees C (68 degrees F) and less if the temperature is higher.
